    my brother told me about it it was in a gym he was trying to press like 600 lbs or something.ive been looking but meathead doesnt remember the title of the thread

    That is sick. Did any of you see the mr. olympia that Triple H hosted where the guy try to bench of that weight and got crushed? That was crazy also.

    Hes a powerlifter named Gene Rychlak. As stated above, at the 2005 Mr Olympia, he attempted to press 1015 lbs and got f^ckin owned. Thats almost a better video. Let me try to find it.

    I've never seen the one ur talking about. But do you guys remember the bodybuilder who snapped his knee while he was making a photoshot for flex magazine.

    thats just stupid IMO. You can be plenty big and strong without using insane weight like that, it's simply not worth the joint injuries, back pain, and all that catches up with you over the years.

    man i hate bench shirts. that thing wrapped around his torso is ridiculous. dont get me wrong, it still is impressive to lift that kind of weight, but he doesnt earn my respect. cannot believe they are not banned. yes the guys are strong as hell without the shirts, but as soon as i see someone attempt a lift whilst wrapped in a goddamn concrete suit, it turns me off and the sport loses my respect

    u get mad respect from me for even trying that
    but them guys train for that so u cant discount what they are doing by saying it is stupid people say the same about bb.wow look at those guys and there big muscles and there not really that strong(i dont think u or anybody else has the right to judge anybody.to each his own)
    but back to the thread still looking for fat guy trying to lift 600 lbs and breaks his arm

    it was his second attempt

    somehow he was OK for his third attempt...

    he locks out the bench on his third attempt
