    My 1st Cycle!

    hey all i am getting ready to start my 1st cycle i just got some test cypionate and i was wondering what is good to stack with it? just needin some advice

    1st cycle you should run test only.

    Before you jump the gun, we need to know stats. Age, height, weight, bf, lifting exp, and diet. After you answer these questions, then we can help.

    yes but it is recomended for a 1st cycle to be test at 500mgs/week for 10-12 weeks + proper pct.

    First we need to know your training history and full stats this will help us to give the best advice we can,

    also first cycle should just be test only, no need to use anything else see how you react to test on its own then you can start experimenting with other compounds.

    Make sure you have access to anti E's and a good PCT, its wise to have access to HCG too, just in case.

    what's the diet look like?

    lots of protein eggs, turkey n stuff like that umm whole wheat breads when i eat them. umm i dont really have a set diet yet though

    when preparing to start a cycle, it's a must that you get your diet in check to make the most out of the cycle..you should post your EXACT diet in the diet forum, let the guys over there tinker w it and give you some pointers

    Then what are your goals for this cycle? If you don't have a set diet, how can you meet your set goals? If you don't have set goals, then why bother using AAs at all?

    You are still a bit young, so if you can disipline yourself to just using the Test Cyp for your first cycle, that would be best for you in the long run.

    You should wait.
    At 165 you got a whole lot of natural growing to do. I went from 140 - 170 in just over a year. get a proper diet sorted, you'll be amazed. I'm 187 now and just started my first cycle.
