    Do you stretch/?

I am sure most people stretch following a workout but what about the following days.
Say I did Legs 2 days ago and i cardio today, but my legs are still extremely sore. Should i stretch after cardio or let my muscles heal.

or for instance when my chest is sore in the days that follow, should i stretch or let it heal

Stretching is not going to interfere w/the healing process. If anything, it helps the healing process.

stretching i believe allows lactic acids to leech out of the muscle thereby relieving pain, i always stretch during and after workouts, and throughout the whole day im randomly stretching tense muscles.

look in to extreme stretching. Personally I never stretch, before or after but that is just what works best for me.
