    Wrist help

    I am 6'4, 205. about 7 or 8% body fat, I maintain a very actice lifestyle. My body is well proportionate except my wrists...What can I do to beef them up, and possibly my forearms?? I use wrist curl but they just work my forearms. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    The size of your wrists is genetic, while you can strengthen them it does not mean they will grow. Keep working your forearms and limit the use of straps. That may help.

    As I said working your forearms may help to strengthen them, and by limiting your use of straps. If you don't use them then you don't have to worry about it. I think just over time they will get stronger, Nobody that ive ever seen has strong wrists when they start working out and often their wrists cannot support the amount of weight their other muscles can, which is where the straps come in. My wrists still kill during some exercises, but eventually it will not be a problem.

    Concerning wrists-I heard hitting a heavy bag can help build up the wrist. Have never tried it, but sounds logical
