Any one else feel this way

does anyone here think of all the fuked up shit they did when they get miserable like on there whey to work or when they get up in the morning or when there injured and they can't train for a couple weeks. And while thinking of all your bullshit you being miserable manafests into rage where you feel that the wrong comment or any kind of negative energy might cause you to commit violence on a dangerous level,on somebody who deserved it of course.

Logic defeats anger, because anger, even when it's justified, can quickly become irrational. So use cold hard logic on yourself. Remind yourself that the world is "not out to get you," you're just experiencing some of the rough spots of daily life. Do this each time you feel anger getting the best of you, and it'll help you get a more balanced perspective.

    Wow, thats deep.
However, shes right, these are signs of depression/anxiety.
Basicaly you have set your thinking up in such a way that these are the results you are getting.

Of course I have had bouts of emotional tantrums where the thought of indulging in blinding self rightous rage at another seems absolutely dignified.
However, experience has taught me differently that this method does not work long term.
Great for short term results, but devastating long term.

Sounds like your over reactive mind is running full speed.
I would use this time out of the gym to learn realxation techniques.
Learn about anxiety and depression and how they are intimately related, opposite sides of the same coin really.
It will be some of the most powerful skills you can learn.

At least your aware of why you are experiencing the emotions that you are.
Which is a lot further ahead than most people who suffer and act on potentialy negative outbursts of emotion.

There is much more to this but there are much better references in the library. A great book is called "Attacking Anxiety and Depression" by Lucinda Basset.

Good luck on whatever you do.
