My chest has been very stagnent over the past couple of months and i have been changing things up and right now i am currently doing
flat bench 4 x 8-12
incline bench 3x 8-12
decline for 3x 8-12 or cable work
and every week i change order of which is done first. I currently do chest/sh/tri together as well. I was wondering if maybe doing some sort of superset or preexhaust w/ cable work for each set would be a good idea to spark some growth?
