I have been reading and looking around for some good 5 day splits that are m-f and then you get saturday and sunday off... i need some help on splitting up a routine like that.. would you recommend
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday-Legs
THursday- SHoulders
Friday-Biceps and Triceps

Monday- Chest/Tri
Tuesday- Back/Bi's
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Shoulders
Friday- Light Chest/Tri/Bi
I know that friday is rather iffy but i dont know what else to do that day.. any suggestions would be great.. thanks
