    First Cycle...Ab suggestions

    Im 5'8
    166 lbs
    3rd week of 300mg/wk decs, not trying to do too much.

    Im trying to see whats the best/most effective way of targeting my abs. I have some excess fat in the area so Ive been told not to do weighted exercises and just stick to heavy reps to avoid "roid gut". Cardio? Suggestions?

    Dont wanna sound like an ass but you should have your routine in check long before starting cycles.

    With Deca, you really should be adding some sort of test as well to avoid the Deca D!ck situation. However, you're not going to be able to avoid the water bloat when running a bulk cycle anyway.

    The only way to target ur abs is through diet and cardio But u need ur cycle fixed first. You can do 1000's of crunches all day but u wont see ur abs until ur diet is good with cardio

    My routine is in check, just that abs have always been a weak point. Im trying to gain mass while simultaneously shredding some fat in the abdominal area. My diet is going good, just need to put in more cardio.

    You either want to gain mass (bulk) OR cut, not try to do both at the same time. As well, your choice of AAS is horrible.

    Also, roid gut is not caused by working abs, and it's not roid gut, it's GH GUT.
