    80 for 12 and you can do 110 for 8? How does that work? That looked like a slight decline. Why not do db bench or db decline? Not db debench

    my back lookin ok bro,so i have ben told by a lot of peole,you are right on the arms tho,have some realy bad troubble getting them to grow ,fukcing forarm injury is stopoing me doing ez bar work and heavy db work,can only go heavy on cable,working legs once a week on sunday been hiting them hard the last couple of months.

    It is bro but it could do with updateing a little ,i go around 12/1 pm so its realy quite,i have been at like 6pm and its full of kids all on juice,well i am still young and i juice[well 24]but these guys are like 18/19 and have no idea what they are doing its fuking crazy ,i try to tell them to do right but it just goas in one ear and out the other .

    16 pounds is a good start for 6 weeks, imo...good diet and training, and gear ....keep training hard and eating clean and you'll get even more ooutta it...
