Welp, I got a new cardio routine. Jumping rope with steel toed workboots on.
Had me sweatin bullets and my calves were super pumped afterwards.
That shit's alot harder than runnin. Ya'll should try it.

Uhhh, no thanks.
Jumping rope with heavy ass boots on is the LAST thing I'd do for cardio for a plethora of reasons, #1 being wear/tear on the knees w/those boots on.
