    Arrow Month after cycle

    so its been about a month since i have been off my test e/deca/dbol cycle...and I have not lost any weight thus far...I am currently on pct, and have been eatling a lot more then ebfore, and my strenth still keeps going up...I was just curious to when I should expect to lose gains....

    Hopefully you'll only some lose water ...keep training and eating properly...

    yeah that is about the only thing i can see that has gone away...my face isnt as bloated, so im happy about that.... so how long after the cycle is it safe to say that I wont lose any more weight?

    Yup I seem to just get bigger and bigger on off it dosen't matter. Diet is hard at times it's like a second job eating right all day and night. Sounds like your doing the right things bro keep it up.

    i think that after a cycle you wouldnt really need to keep eating big during PCT, once muscle is made it is made, doesnt it just need stimulation with the same weight resistance to keep it there?

    I would keep eating the same until you notice that you are gaining fat, then cut back a little. You must remember that new muscle needs fuel too.

    the extra calories that built the new muscle are required to maintain it. cut back calories lose the gains. simple as that.

    I would think the extra calories would help out if you body started getting slightly catablic.

    what were you taking to combat the bloat? Any Ai's?

    dont know about u others but i seem to lose my gains slowly after some time, not immediately after. 6 months after i quit cycle im pretty much where i started. I train hard and eat good and have done real extensive PCT protocol... Im gonna try one more cycle with the correct priming, shedding before so I can keep up the cals in PCT without worrying of getting too fat etc etc.. If after all this I still eventually go back to where i was im done cycling... I sure hope it doesnt go like that.

    A side note: I have noticed hard cardio seems to accelerate this loss of muscle.... which sux cause I need my cardio training too..

    mine go too mate no matter how much i eat and train with plenty of clomid nolva an hcg. it does suck though when you read others keepin ther gains

    no kidding mate... it really does suck!!! Ive heard of this happening to many ppl, I think many ppl think that this doesnt happen to them cause they go back on some months after PCT.... it takes some time to start losing muscle and its a slow process.. then ofcourse ppl who arent close to their potential probably can keep up the new muscle alot easier.. I waited until I was completely plateaud naturally before i started juicing...

    Wow, well thats really unfortunate that you lose your gains after your cycle and put all that work in. I know you said your nutrion is good but you may want to look that over and try something different. How's your intesity with your training? After your last cycle what was your PCT protocal? In fact, what was your actual cycle?

    I've heard plenty of guys say that with proper nutrition and pct they keep there gains months and sometimes years after their cycle.

    ive tried nolva/clomid once and then ive tried nolva clomid HCG PCT (also added tribulus, tongkat, loads of vitamins... I think I recover pretty ok, libido recovers among many other signs of possibly low test. My training intensity is if anything too hard.. I train like on cycle... or try to atleast... One thing I could do differently is keep the cals even higher after cycle, that would cause me to gain fat but Ill drop the BF % before next cycle so I can afford it. If Im not able to keep some of the gains in the long run my next cycle is gonna be my last.. on a side note again: In my legs (they still had some room for growth even naturally for me) I have been able to keep my gains. Bench was 380 lbs naturally and I seem to drop there eventually after cycles (like 4 months after).

    My best advice would be to post the next cycle you are thinking of doing and also post the ones you have done in the past and get as many opinions as you can and try something different. You werent' too detailed in your response with what you have taken or what your nutrition is like but I would definitely post the next one up and see what type of feed back you get! good luck man, try not to get so frustrated with it all!

    ok I have done 3 cycles in the past.... one failed cause got pneumonia in week 6 (first), 2nd one was test + deca for 12 weeks (700/400), third was test only at 1,2 g's (i did this with the one big UG lab gear and I was very disappointed with this cycle). My following is back to pharmaceutical grade: test C about 700 mg a week + deca 400 - 500 mg a week + winstroll in the last 3 weeks with 30 mg a day. PCT will be the hookers pretty new one, also gonna add clen. Right now Im priming myself and dropping BF%. Im dropping the BF so I can keep up the cals during PCT. Im following Marcuses instructions on how to prime for a cycle.. I weighed 280 lbs after my last cycle (in the picture) and with too much fat for me cause I need my cardio for other sports. Now Im down to 240 lbs, and probably still gonna lose about 5-10 lbs before I begin my last cycle. My last test shot was about 4 months ago.
