dont know about u others but i seem to lose my gains slowly after some time, not immediately after. 6 months after i quit cycle im pretty much where i started. I train hard and eat good and have done real extensive PCT protocol... Im gonna try one more cycle with the correct priming, shedding before so I can keep up the cals in PCT without worrying of getting too fat etc etc.. If after all this I still eventually go back to where i was im done cycling... I sure hope it doesnt go like that.
A side note: I have noticed hard cardio seems to accelerate this loss of muscle.... which sux cause I need my cardio training too..
