Well for me at least it was a record.. lol.. I dont usually go this heavy and I dont think I will every week.. maybe once a month ( the back of my left shoulder is starting to hurt) I warmed up and then decided to hit 80lbs on each arm for 10 reps.. I felt good so I then moved up to 90lbs.. hit that 10 reps easily.. then 100lbs for 10 reps.. I felt good so im like **** it-pump it up.. I then got 110lb dumbless for 10 reps as well!! then im like lets go for it all.. 115lbs for 6 reps.. form was decent to good..it defintely was not sloppy at all.. just puts alot of pressure on my joints..just lifting those damn things hurt my back lol.. well this may not be a big deal to some of you, but its alot of weight for me and im pretty happy.. any comments please share!?!?!!?!?!
