    feeling big - strange thread/ feeling

    well i never heard anything about this... but i do 3 full upper body workouts a week.... then legs seperate... the day after i do my upper body workout.. i feel really small and a little skinny.. the 2nd day after i feel really huge and big.. just wondering how others feel about this and if its normal or what causes it...

    If you feel smaller after lifting, mayeb yer over doing it. Three upper body WOs a week? I used to think that woudl work but, I have learned that isnt best for me. You shouldnt have to train that often really. each BP once a week, really hit it hard, and that is enough.

    realy need to learn how to know exactly what your bodies responds well to, try different things, dont be afraid to swtich it up.

    what bodyparts are you training so frequently? usually i feel bigger the day after because my muscles are sore and slightly swollen.
