stupid question about nizoral

i just bought nizoral for some acne i have i was just wondering what the right protocol you guys use is. how do you use it just as like a body wash? or what im not too clear on how to use it..thanks in advance

Ya, I use it like a full head to toe bodywash. Any other way.

Some people say not to use it everyday, though. On the bottle it says use twice weekly but I use it 4-5 times a week with no problem.
I don't know how good its working but meh at least it smells delightful.

cool thanks for the reply albino i just wasnt sure if you put it on as like a spot treatment or if you washed yourself with it like a body wash since its main purpose isnt for treating acne thanks agian

I just wash the affected area, seems to work well that way.

It also works for spot treatment as a topical liquid. It will help to dry out the area.

i got some nizoral shampoo 1% yesterday and am going to use it everyday and see what happens... I will update in 1 week.
