All NO supps state that they are best taken on an empty stomach about 45 mins prior to training. They also advise you not to eat or take any whey within an hour of taking the supp. My dilemma is surely training on an empty stomach is bad. Wouldnt it be better to just forget the NO and train with a pre workout shake or would you ignore the advice and take the arginine with whey or whole food? Any thoughts????
