Can't PM please help

I know i asked about this about this in other threads but no one told me why i can't send or recive.?? other then that i did what everyone told me hit USER CP >>>> Edit Options >>>> then they told me to check all the boxes for PM sending (i can't find anything that has PM on it) thanks bros

GO to user CP. Go to edit options on the left hand menu. Then scroll down until you see Messaging and Notfication. There is an option to enable Pm's right there in front of you. I took a screen shot to show you but it wont load on this site for some reason.
