Unhappy Doc Sust after injury how did you make a successful return to training

    Hi Doc,

Its going better but my osteopath told me i will always be with a weakness in the back.

After training chest this weekend i felt some pain in the upper back but the next day it was better.

How did you manage to get back after an injury and train heavy again?

My posture was all screwed up has you could see on the picture i posted this winter.

I still have some work to do, i wanted to get back into kickboxing with my girlfriend in September but my ostopath doesnt want me too, she said its to early.

I can get back in training but she told me to test myself, i felt some major neck spams when i lifted 180 pounds on the bench press, been so long since i lifted that.

If i lift lighter say 135 pounds i am ok.

Its pertty damn discouraging that pain coming back like this.

i made mycomebackny starting withmachines only for a few wks, than went over to light free weights, and incresed the weight slowly until i was back to normal, it took me about an entire year to get above were i was before i hurt myself, but i have been fine for the last 5 years and i have only become stronger, i found that also less volume,an hour and a half in th gym at the most, and training only 3days a wk also helped me lift heavy again. i didnt need to lift 3 hour a day 5 days a wk, it worked better undertraining than over training

Thanks doc i am looking into this right now, my osteopath warned me to take it easy has well.

I never go behond 1 hour in the gym. Its always 45 minutes or so.

I ordred clenbuterol to lose the weight again, and dietex with hoodia, has a loading phase in it to cut down appetit.

Its getting better then pain is less frequant, but i still have to check myself not to lift to heavy.

Machines for the time being sound very good, and i have seen people build good physiques with machine alone.

Might mix it up a bite

    Thanks once again doc
