Methyl 1 alpha is actually a steroid so do your research on it before you toy with it. It will definetly add size and strenght to you. As far as Methyl 1 D goes, im not sure about it. its relatively new. i think legal gear claims M1D to be similar to EQ. not sure how true it is.
