    use your resources infront of you man..you'd be suprised how much you can learn just from reading through this site..ive definately learned my lesson from asking questions before reading..haha..but yea man, its A OK to put 'em together. knowledge is power.

    Well said...and yes clomid/nolva is usually the norm for pct at that dosage
