    Low back pain

On the left side of my lower back, right outside of the bone,is killing me. It feels like something is clenched and wont release. Im pretty sure i did it doing cleans. I think the trainer said it might be a muscle spasm. Anyone had anything like this?how long til it goes away?i have to pitch through it,coach will lay into me if he knows i been lifting heavy
