    New to leg workout

    I say new because I never had done a REAL LEG WORKOUT. I never did squats with more than 135LBs on it. And I did it only for couple of days. I really had problems with getting used to the form I had to keep to do it right. I felt like that all heavier weight will just pull me right back.
    Im 6`3 204Lbs. I need some good advice on how to start a good leg workouts, talking about squats for beginners pretty much.

    uuhh... just do it?

    start light (even if you dont feel you're pushing yourself), get the form correct and increase the weight from session to session until you find that "groove" where perfect form meets challenging weights

    at your height, I can understand why you would hesitate to go deep.....but in truth, you just need to go parallel to get a good quad workout from squat, spead your legs to shoulder width and you can point your toes slightly outwards to get a good foothold and center of balance...

    SwoleCat has a sticky for a killer leg workout that doesnt require you to use heavy weights (its rep based) ...u can check that out as well

    oh, and if youre gonna get serious, take a bucket with you, because a truly intense leg workout might just want to make you throw up...

    Alright I will check out that sticky and try this.
    I see so many guys at my gym, that are pretty damn big, but about %90 of them.. has chicken legs. I barely see that squat rack beeing occupied.

    Swole's program is the shit, but not for this guy; at least not yet.

    Seems they deleted swoles leg workout...someone should re-post it.
