I say new because I never had done a REAL LEG WORKOUT. I never did squats with more than 135LBs on it. And I did it only for couple of days. I really had problems with getting used to the form I had to keep to do it right. I felt like that all heavier weight will just pull me right back.
Im 6`3 204Lbs. I need some good advice on how to start a good leg workouts, talking about squats for beginners pretty much.
