    No, the cartoon characters have become the mark of the scumbag. It's always some fat bitch in Walmart w/ 10 kids that has bugs tattoo or a Tweetie Bird T-shirt. Usually they drive beat up Grand Am's and Ford Tempos, also very common to see lots of Beenie babies and stuffed animals on the rear dash.

    Stayinstacked hit it right on the money, cartoon character tattoos are horrible ideas. I would suggest looking online to see if there are any designs that catch your eye. I would recommend going to http://bmezine.com where they have tens of thousands of tattoo ideas. Keep in mind that if you bring in a picture of somebody else's tattoo and tell the artist you want that, chances are he won't do it. What I am suggesting is get several pictures and give the artist an idea of what you like and dislike, so he can incorperate the good stuff into your piece. good luck and make sure to update with pics!

    cartoon tattoos are tacky, full-stop. a bad tattoo can really turn people off. kinda weird i know, but i was in the process of setting up a date with this girl that came into the bar where i work, she was very pretty, had a great personality and we just clicked pretty fast. one night (before the said date) she came in with a sleeveless dress, and i saw she had a tattoo of her ex boyfriends name on her arm, and it literally looked as if someone had scribbled it on with a bic pen. the date never happened, and that was one of the biggest reasons why
