    advice?

    18 y/o.
    body% ? alot.
    lifting for 2 years on and off, all natty obvv.
    starting to get real serious in the gym
    open to all suggestions, thanks alot bros!

    Traps are strongest point, Chest is next, from what we can see...The rest is lagging...especially arms! What are ur goals?? if they are just to stay in shape then ur doing fine, but if they are to put on some size we need to know...

    my goal is to put on some muscle mass, as well as loose some BF, and yes my arms are deff lagging alottt.
    should i cut or bulk right now??

    Bulk for certain, u look pretty lean to mean, I mean yeah you could lose, but IMO the amount you could lose isn't significant enough where I would say cut down before you bulk up...I would bulk!

    I see what ur getting at there Chest, but Some people pecs just rest that way, but i can see were ur coming from....

    Also, post up some leg shots, those need to be seen!

    hard to tell much from this point. looks like your atleast headed in the right direction. wht is your training split like?

    for the past month i have been working out almost everyday. i HATE days off.
    I work each muscle twice a week because i recover pretty fast, but i need to work on the wheels as well now also.

    you might be over training not giving your muscle enough time to recover IMO. what does you routine look like?

    is it bad to develop gyno when u were just startin to go through puberty? does it have any affect on you later in life?

    to be honest i work what ever i feel isnt sore. i spend about an hour and a half in the gym, my eating habits have been really good lately, alot of chicken, tuna, steak, eggwhites, been taking in about 275 grams of protein a day.

    not really unless it's really bad gyno....but you could always have surgrey to correct it. if thats you in your avy i think you got anything to worry about.

    well your workout routine might be the problem. you should try to come up with a solid routine probably working out 4 days a week. how much do you weigh?

    not being sore doesnt neccessarily indicate recovery. growth occurs outside of the gym, make sure ur getting lots of rest, and eating well.

    Alright ill look into a good routine.

    i weigh 200 n im about 6'2

    Well another piece of advice, if you weigh 200, 275 grams of protein isnt enough, when I'm bulking I take in ATLEAST 300 a day spread over 6 meals, and I'm only 5'8" 185-189 when I'm bulkin, so consider that for your self...
