Been like this for over a year now. I enjoy to workout when I get to the gym but the fire isnt there anymore. I dont long for each workout as I used to and often it feels like a hazzle just to get to the gym.
Even during the last 7 weeks when I have made the best gains in years I still dont get that "I cant wait until next workout" feeling.
I guess it might be because I have no one to workout with. It realy makes workouts alot more fun to have someone motivated to hit the weights with.
What do you guys do when the urge isnt there anymore?
