i messed up already i started deca 300 4 days ago im taking 2cc every monday and im gettin sustanon tomrow should i go ahead and start sustanon or is it too late? have i already messed up the cycle?

What exactly do you plan to do for the cycle? I mean how long are you going to run each compound and how much are you taking and how often are you injecting. We can fix the cycle its not too late.

Read the links i provided and start the nolva when the deca has cleared.

Whether you decide to start PCT or not depends on how much value you place on yourself. Personally i'd use the nolva DEFINATELY. Deca is no joke.
