When you just ended your aas cycle, do you take a whole week off for recovery? I am worried if I do this that I will lose all my strength and muscle, since I will still be in PCT.

Keep training mate, eating like a bear aswell.
So dont take a week off after im off?? People have gained better and kept strength/gains if they take a week off for your body to rest.Originally Posted by Spyder

So when would it good to take a week off, since I havent taken one in awhile? A month or so after so the gained I kept and strength settle in after pct?
just wait till your natty test levels are back to normal and you are confident everything is okay and that you won't be losing any gains, i would say a month or so after PCT.Originally Posted by seriouslifter
No reason to take a week off unless you feel like you are overtrained. If you begin to feel that way you can just do 1 week of detraining where you cut way back on volume and reduced the weight so that you are doing higher reps.
I prefer to take time off when I'm on, as I figure at least I won't loose too much & I know there's AAS floating around my body doing their job & helping any repair work thats needed
When I finish a cycle I actually use the time to focus & refine my diet & training as I know there's no gear in my system to cover my ass
