you don't HAVE TO, but it is best to try to keep the timing the same so blood levels dont' drop, but I don't think it will make too much difference as long as you are shooting twice a day if inject, if oral, I would actually go three times a day JMHO

Yeah, it's best to dose atleast twice daily. Spread evenly over 24 hours.
