Ampule dosage question

I have been using vials. I'm looking into amps now, but not sure how they are measured.

Example Test E-- 1 Amp - 250 mg in 1 ml, How many ml's are in 1 amp? How many 250mg shots can be consumed w/ 1 ampule?

Well, it should say, you see some amps are 1ml and some are 2mls. But it should say 250/1ml or 250/2mls. But it should be noted what the ml/concentrations is on the particular amps.
