    Wink I think i am ready for phera plex now

    My back injury is going good, for the first time in 5 years i can train now and good too.

    I have been training for 2 months now, and been using CEE for one month.

    I was thinking starting pheraplex at the end of this month.

    My plan would be 20mg a day but would 3 weeks be enough? since i am getting back and i am also 34 years old.

    I am 5 feet 10 and 200 pounds.


    I am glad to say that my hair has grown back LOL.

    If you have only been training for two months out of the past five years i would wait and train natural for a while longer, thats just my opinion though. Its really up to you though. A 3 week cycle is ok but people usually do a cycle for 4 weeks and its not recommended to go over that because its so harsh on your liver. Im in the second week of my pp cycle and im doing it for 4 weeks. I will say that i love this stuff, i have had some nice strength increases and i feel like im starting to harden up a bit too.

    Thats great news, i bought 2 bottles of pheraplex in March so i guess i can still wait a while to use them.

    I am also going to say that you should wait. It looks like your best gains will come from a solid diet and not some pill! PP will give you strength gains which might not be good due to your body not being able to handle them that quick. Post your diet and your training schedule.
