    painfull warm up squat set but not when weight is stacked on *puzzled*

    Yea basically when I put light weight on to loosen up I get pain in both my knees. But when I stack on the plates and start my sets there isn't any pain.

    Any explanations?!

    I get shit like that from tiem to time. MAybe its injuries creepin up on ya? Id just be careful as possible.


    Do you have any pain otherwise?

    i have bad knees and i can say i have is the same way

    i think it may be because lighter weight is still heavy but your knees are loose but with the real heavy weight your joints are mashed together not much room for pain i dont know i just made that up in my head but i got it the same way

    it's the same with me the more weight i do the less my knees hurt untill later lol

    i think when i use heavy weight, it is so painful everywhere that it overshadows my knee pain,just my theory
