im allready doing 30-45 mins cardio after my weight session, 5 days aweek. this is at about 3.30 pm, i start work at 6 am so doing cardio b4 that is not possible, but i could do 30 mins at the night time b4 bed would that be OK or not.

i got up a little after 4 almost all summer to do my cardio.
when do you train? if you train in the evening i wouldn't want to do it again before bed. but i think you might need to sacrifice and get up early.
i train in the afternoon, i dont sleep that well so i only get about 5-6 hours sleep a night so getin up early is not possible i tried it once and it ****ing hurt me!Originally Posted by novastepp

if i did cardio before bed, i'd never get to sleep.
so you can't wake up earlier to do cardio? i'm waking up an hour earlier so i have time to drive to the gym, do cardio, drive back home, make my eggs and shower just in time to go to work....and i'm still late,lol.
