it wont hurt but from what ive read most people save creatine as part of their pct...shouldnt need it while on cycle
thats why iam asking!but the problem is that i dont have dextrose so i use optimum pre load creatine its 40 grams high gi carbs and its has 5 grams of creatine and i use it for my pwo shake with 2 scoops whey
Why not just order some dextrose? It is really cheap.
i live in jordan..its gonna cost 25 $ for 2 lbs
