whille using Anabol what should i use to stop water retenion

hey everyone, i have my own theory on what to do but, i dont know if its is correct .

while taking anabol i think i should:


1. Use Tamoxifen/Nolvadex to stop water retention

also i think that it stops you from growing tits and stop testes from shrinkage.

but if this is not correct can you tell me what i should get to stopp these things.

Nolva's not gonna really get rid of water retention. YOu need an AI like l-dex or letro.
