I would say 50mgs ed of winstrol is good dose first time you use it.
Sides with winny isnt much, maybe some hairloss if you are prone, some people get joint pain as well.

Ive ran various dosages of winny, for me i like to use a high amount for a short number of weeks this for me helps with the joint pain, running winny for more than 3-4 wks cause's me problems, i find 50mg ed a waste of time IMHO but this does depend on your cycle history for what will be beneficial dose.

Im running it at 100mg ed for 6wks now. I originally planned on running 50mg ed but after reading alot I saw that numerous members were running 100mg-200mg ED with great results.

I just finished a 4 week cycle of winny- I ran it everyday 75mg,I started out injecting 50mg a day 25mg in the morn 25mg in afternoon- then I just started drinking it, the pain was horrible from the injections. I am also using Test E- @ 500mg a week. I am running the Winny for weeks 1-4,Test only for 4-8,and then Winny again at 100mg a day for 8-12. So far in 4 weeks I have gained 12 pounds.

I also have been reading more people who take higher doeses of winny.. next time i will run it 75-100mg per day.. see how it works..

Gyno from winny? Dont think you have to worry too much about that.

no. it was about wk11/12 of my 16wk 750 test and 600 deca cycle.

I've always run 100mg of oral winny with no issues. I chose to run 100 because i know some of it is lost inside your body
