    Angry Stopped at Customs

I have Just Had a shippment stopped at opened up at customs(england) and even though it is legal to import in the country for personal use i would like to see if this has happened to anyone before and what they did about it, i have the right to appeal which i am going to do but some info on past experiences of people and pachages stopped at customs would be great. e.g. Did you end up getting your shippment back? who long did this take? What do you have to go thought to get it back?

Laws change so dam frequently. I'd be a little nervous. Even if something changed just yesterday, you would still be guilty today.
    Bump, to you my friend.

Ive had the same thing done 3 times, it doesn't do any good to appeal, i would say you imported to much gear at once, i appealed everytime and they said they were willing to go to court over it, they said it was more than personal use and if you go to court it could end up in a sentence of some kind, so think very carefully before going to court,
