    lean mass stack

    Hi, i'm new to this forum. 21years old with expеrience with aas like deca, winny, test, d-bol, sustanon.
    With reading to this forum (and other international forums) i understand that my past cycles were completely wrong.
    To the question - i'm going to do a cicle this autumn, and i'm thinking over that :
    week 1-10 , test enanth - 500mg/week
    week 1-8 , trinabol150 - 300mg/week
    week 8-12 , masteron 200mg/week or halo 20mg/day

    Any help will be appreciated, cause a have no expеrience with these aas, except test enanth.

    i hate the phrase lean mass stack
    that does not exist!
    mass is mass.......a lot of muscle.
    you have to put on fat to have mass (to grow).

    i would run the test for 12 weeks not 10

    this i believe is not true when using ass if ur diet is in check and training u can put on muscle with little or no fat gain. if ur going to use a long ester test like Test E i suggest using Tren E also long ester. less injection but if u dont mind injection ed then use test prop instead of test e.

    Especially while on AAS.

    this is what i might do bro if u run tren A
    weeks 1-9 test prop 100mg eod
    weeks 1-8 tren A 75mg eod
    weeks 6-9 halo 20mg ed halo is VERY harsh on the liver
    if ur body fat is low enough 10% at most use the masteron for 4 weeks instead of Halo or not use Halo at all.
    or

    weeks 1-13 Test E 500mgs maybe 600mgs twice a week shots
    weeks 1-12 tren E 500mgs twice a week shots
    then Halo or masteron

    get urself a good pct and some hcg.

    Stats :
    21 years old
    height : 6 feet (not under )
    weight : 190lbs
    bf% - 8-9%
    I have 3 yaers of roids using (on and off).
    With this cycle goals are putting 7-8lbs of hard muscles, hardening of the existing muscle mass and good strength gains.
    Main problem is that i,ve never run tren, masteron and halo. All i know is theory - but theory is never near reality. There are scary "tails" bout both - tren and halo.
    pct is not a problem - lots of hcg, nolva and clomid here.

    cycle is :
    week 1-12 test e 400mg/week
    week 1-10 tren e
    week 10-14 masteron 200mg/week or halo 20mg/day

    diet is lots of calls, mostly from protein sources (chicken, fish, eggs, milk), complex carbs - wholegrain bread (sorry if this sounds funny, but my english is terrible), potatoes, rice, oats. also whey protein powders - maybe 100g/day
    i don't count my calls but i make shure to consume at least 3500

    just wanna be shure i'm doing thigs right enough

    There is something right in these words, but fat is not problem for me - i eat very fatty foods (milk, fish, icecream....) and i don't put on fat! I call this cycle "lean" maybe cause water will be minimum to none

    ur cycle looks good bro i dont recomend 5 weeks of halo even tho people do run it that long. like i mentioned very harsh on the liver. i also like that u cut it down more than i suggested. i do recomend counting cals tho
