regular caffiene on non workout days and amp about 2-3 times a week.
ECA stack or some liquid Redline just dont use the redline everyday.....dont want your body to get used to it

just took some today and was a the gym for like an hour and a half until i had body failure... sure my bodies shaking but im not tired!
