    Cell Tech (YAYorNAY)

I have some Cell Tech that is just sitting on my counter. I heard that since I'm 22 years old it would be pointless to take considering my body producing just as much creatine as Cell Tech and that everything I did take if from an outside source would just be pisssed out anyways.

So any comments on that? True/False

Yeah my comment is that whoever told you that is a FVCKING MORON

Your body DOES NOT produce creatine, I wouldnt go buy cell-tech but if I had it I'd use it.

Are you saying it is not a good product? Only if you HAD to use it? Please be Specific.

    1-Its over-priced.

2- It has dextrose which I do not use PWO because I see no reason to, but if I got it for free Id use it...but I deffinatly wouldnt go out of my way to buy it.

Your liver produces 2 grams of creatine a day. Cell-Tech is over priced. IMO dextrose is optimal for post workout nutrition.

now i see alot of muscletech bashing happen on here, im not gona jump on the band wagon either way. i have tried some of there products over the last9-10 years and i have not found any that gave me results like were claimed.... but i did like the cell-tech, biggest down fall i had with that stuff is it is really expensive. hell i bought two 8.8oz creatine monohydrate bottles for like $20 a month or so ago, that and some pineapple juice and it taste pretty good............. if you have the cell tech use it, its not bad..... just dont go and spend the money on a bottle of it new, ther e is cheaper stuff that works as well...... take care bro

Cell tech is overpriced like stated above and it does work because of the amount of sugar that it conatins. The sugar is used as a transport system of the creatine. I would rather take an ethyl ester or something of that manner preworkout and then just take some monohydrate and dextrose pwo...the dex will act as a transport for the mono and the mono is CHEAP! The ethyl ester does not use any sugar to transport the creatine but is designed to bypass the cell/intestinal walls with ease so there is no need for a load of simple carbs. If you have it for free then take it, but for the future stick with something like CEE/cm2/tricreatine(something that has a delivery sytem other than sugar) preworkout and straight monohydrate and dextrose pwo!!

P.S.- It is proven in manystudies that you can increase the amount of creatine(actually crfeatine phosphate in the muscle) by supplementing with it pre and post workout. Whoever told you that creatine is a waste does not know the mechanics of the human body!

Im not a big fan of creatine myself. The only time i really ever plan on using some (if i really decide to actually use it) is during pct.

Alot of good information guys. Thanks for the tips. I'm gonna go ahead and add it to my PWO and take it till it's gone. Guess I will see if it works.

Why don't you use dextrose PWO?

Because IMO it's not healthy, it offers no advantage for me(compared to a regular pro/carb meal) and my goals are diff now, I eat a pro/fat/carb meal after working out..about 2K

I'll only use dex ever again if I use SLIN again, but thats about it.
