insulin fast acting

will using fast acting insulin(4 hours max in system) at 3units after a workout make a diffence in my muscle apprence because im on a one week break from working out and i need to know by sunday because im going to the gym on monday.
i know what that you have to take a high sugar or sports drink with it and also ive read that people take creatine with it as well.

I dont think you should take it yet - forone you are young - not a flame bro but you stand to risk a lot more long term side effects by putting more insulin into your body at a younger age versus older - and you dont have the experience - insulin is a very potentially dangerous thing to use - wait till you have a bit more experience and see how you feel bout it - besides I dont think you need it
