Hi all,
I`m in week 12 of my test +deca+winnie cycle and from 2 weeks ago
i`ve been getting severe cramps after high rep (over 10 reps) training,
in upper abs, triceps and sometimes biceps!
What the hell is happening to me?
I`m taking electrolytes post workout and a minimum of 4litres water E.D.
What am i doing wrong?
