i split my dose up during the day..sometime taking it w food, and sometimes not..i dont really notice a diference
Take with food they can give really bad stomach pains without food
You're just going to have to try it and see, some get stomach pains with empty stomach, others get horrible gas when taken with food-Me I don't notice a difference whatsoever. Best split up over the day of course, but with regard to with food or on empty stomach no one can tell you what will work best for you.

I took mine throughout the day; when it wasn't with proper meals I would eat a yoghurt before.
well ive took d-bol twice .. i was just curiouss about what would be a better choice ..
i used to take it with meals .. and it worked for me pretty well .
I always thought that drugs taken on empty stomach was more eefective no matter what it was
I would take it with and without. Its gonna be trial and error for me. Hey how did you split the dbol up during the day? every 4 hours or something?
i did it every 3 hours .. and it worked ****in great
I prefer 20mg when I wake, before breakfast, 25mg one hour before workout with a meal, then 15 mg before bed. If your consistantly eating a good 6 - 10 meals throughout the day, like you should, it should be cool whenever you take it, unless your super sensitive or are taking other pills besides the DBOL. I wouldn't take more than 25 mg at a time.

I dont want to jack this thread,But i have to ask. Can i get good gains on Dbol alone?If so how long should i run it?

Well it is difficult to say because we're all different and we all react differently to various compounds. Think about creatine for a lame example, some people react very poorly to it, whilst some others see very good results. It is basically the same with Dianabol.
If you have a top notch training routine and your diet in-check it should produce good gains. That IS my experiance with it.
Many people on this board frown upon dbol-only usage. So beware
