I would say better but I mean its really hard to tell to be honest. Deca for me is a wonder drug, I LOVE IT. Even running it as low as 300mg/week I have great strength and size gains, and above that is just even better.
So that being said I would go with the stack instead of test alone. But I would also NEVER run test at 300mg/week. At least do 350mg...that would be 50mg prop ed. But 500mg is baseline for most people.
So, Bino, would you say you would run 500mg test as a base no matter what dose of deca you chose?
Hard to say which one would be better for you, you would have to try them both and record the results and find out that way.

I agree its really hard to tell unless you are very intune with your body. Plus you would have to run Test on its own then run another cycle of Test and Deca to see if there is a difference. The big difference Deca made for me was killing nagging injuries like tendonites and a problem with my rotator cuff. I love that shit !!!
Deca its even recommended in the steroid book but ! i cant use deca for the next 3 years : ( , i am going to compet in another 2years time . so i going to switch to EQ or Tren anybody try them ? any side effects like acnes?
ok, stick with me on this guys!so if I have already completed a cycle of test only, should the deca cycle include the SAME amount of test as the first and just add deca on top of that? or for the comparison, would I cut the test in half and add an equal amount of deca so the total mg of AAS would be the same as the first cycle for comparitave purposes... BTW, this is going to be a fun experiment!
Tuff one. I think we can all agree. Each steroid has its own aciton. Protein synthesis, nitrogen retention etc...So more AS, means more actions on muscles...Better gains? Maybe. More sides? Probably.
