With a name like ''Contender'' does any one else agree that none of these guys even come close to competing at 147 to 160lbs?Every fight I've seen first season and this one so far I just don't see anyone taking a belt of significance between 147 and 160.And Sergio Mora the self proclaimed "Latin Snake"give me a fukin brake who has he beaten and when's he gonna fight someone worth talking about,it's cool he's the "contender"champ made some money for himself hey that's great that's a very big acheivment,but your calling yourself a champ when in your weight class the competion is nothing short of phenomenol.Let's go over some of the who's who between 147 and 160 Cory Spinks -mayorga-margorita-Delahoya-shane mosley-vernon forrest-ike quartey -vargas,the list goes on and on none of which any of these so called "contenders"could even get a fight with.I heard the phrase boxing is no longer about boxing it's about money,but people shouldn't praise this contender bullshit for more then it's worth which is the one hour on TV that's jammed between the news at 10 and 11
