gyno surgery question. Remove entire gland?

I am considering gyno surgery in the next few months. I have read if you get the entire gland removed you dont have to worry going forward. What is the downside to removing the entire gland? Anyone have it done? If the entire gland is removed is there a problem with the look? If I get it done I want to remove everything. If the entire gland is removed I figure I wont need much anti-e in the future? Thanks.

I have seen pics of the entire gland being removed. It actually left an indentation at the nipple. I have to have the same sugery but to my knowledge the entire gland shouldnt be removed. If it is removed you will not be able to get gyno anymore but you pecs will look like they are sunk in at the nipple when you stretch them out.

Downside of moving entire gland> sunkin in chest around nipple area. I asked my surgeon and he said you have to leave some, then later on he told me he took the entire gland out....

I had the surgery my junior year in high school..was training hard for football wasnt taking any supplements at all..but i grew a lump right under my nipple and it hurt. So i had it removed. The doc cut a small half circle right on the edge of my outer brown nipple area to take it out.. and when it was all done and the stitches came out, the scar blended in with that darker skin around the nipple and i cant even notice it and no one has noticed unless i point it out and even then its nothing..I'm not sure if he took a whole gland or anything out, I just believe he cut the lump out then scraped the rest of the growth off everything then sewed me back up. no indentation or anything wierd, and no problems since. took one day, in and out procedure.

I supposedly had a whole gland removed. But I still get lumps if i don't use a serm. It will never become a tit again but you may get lumps. The surgeon may not be able to get it all out

Not sure but i think that it's not good idea to remove all "100 %" the glands...

They don't remove all the gland. Well, that's what i was told by my plastic surgeon. You could still get gyno again if you use AAS.

Too be honest having those little marbles instead of the complete gyno was kinda more disturbing.
