maybe some lump the developed during puberty. Is is quite possible. I have one myself. It is really really small. And you can not see it or anything. Only if you push really hard you know there is something.
It dosent hurt and dosent get bigger... so no worries.

Probably a mild case of gynocomastia.. I had that once in my right nipple about 6-9 months after I started working out steadily and I hadn't taken any steroids or prohormones or anything. The doc said that's what it was and he would surgically remove it if bothered me, but I just kind of forgot about it and the thing went away on it's own... it took a while though. Are you taking any anti-depressant? I was taking Prozac for a couple of years and I swear that's what caused it... Some antidepressants will change your natural hormone levels.

I got one when I was like 12, privately freaked out and thought I had cancer. I finally told my doctor about it, he said it was nothing. He was right, it went away.

You aint told us your age.

Is the lump visable to the eye? Is it bothering you?

    If so get surgery.

It's from a hormonal inbalance while younger. Many including myself have had gyno from puberty that never cleared up. Everyone goes through it during puberty but most of the time it clears up when they mature some cases it doesn't.

    This is typical during adolescence.
Most often they go away, sometimes they linger.
Doctors can remove it if you're bothered or considering aas, but you'll likely still be prone so be very attentive to that area.

probaby a fat deposit. If you are that concerned then get an ultrasound or mammogram done.
