Question about this sustabol dry product?

Allright.Here's the breakdown for this sustabol dry.Its basically a test blend.My boy gave me this to try,but don't know how to take it,or if it's worth it.Probably should take it without a stack.

Test prop 50 mg
Test enan 100 mg
Test deca 100mg
Anastrozole .25mg

It's a 20 ml bottle.250 mg/ml

Whats the best way to take this to turn it into a good cycle.Thanks boys.

stats are:
age 25
hght 5 10 1/2
wght 200
bf 12-14%

goals are to gain about 10-12 lbs of mass.I have a pretty good diet and good routine.my cycles are stated up above and have only needed to use nolva and clomid for pct.
I am trying to figure out how to take this because,i'm used to stacking my test with deca and it has deca in the bottle so i think that would be overkill.I'm wondering on how to take this particular bottle just by itself,without a stack,or if there is one what to stack it with.Thanks for the help,and sorry i didn't post my stats

d-code, are you saying that you think your bottle has Deca in it???

The way you wrote it, it says TEST Deca, and I assume that means Test with the Decanoate ester, NOT Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate) which is commonly called "DECA"

If this is correct, you basically have a bottle of TEST with 3 different esters.
You have enough to do 10 weeks at 500mgs/week

I would shoot it EOD or E3D, 3.5 days at the very least cause you won't be getting too much out of the prop ester unless you took 1ml ED and that would be too much for the other esters,

You could add Deca (Nandrolone Decanoate) to this if you have used it in the past, but if you are experimenting for the first time with this mix, you may want to just do it by itself so you see exactly what it does to you.
