just curiuos a friend of mine @ the gym was telling me to do a cycle of winny and clen together. anyone ever done these together i have some extra fat i want to get rid of been working out for about a year now a very big difference from last year went from (5'10") 236 to 220 but i just cant seem to get rid of stomach and love handles. i eat healthy for the most part and work out 3 times a week starting to run everyday. any ideas on how much to take everyday or how should i take it Thanks
