Smile fell threw sealing from attic,

I was installing dish in the attic and i fell threw the sheatrock catching my right cheak right under the Butt cheak,Small bruise, hurt like hell, but three days later ended up in the emergency room with unbearable pain, they gave me a shot and sent me packing with hydrocodone witch buy the way did nothing for me.lucky for me I have a pocket tenze unit witch took most of the pain away,I saw three doctors, one said I had pulled a muscle, the other said i had briused a nerve.and the other doctor actully poked around me and then ordered mri.the mri report according to the doctor only showd slight arthritis and slight disk disease/what ever that is.at witch time he refused to give me any more pain meds.what an ass.at time I started taking Kadian (time release 60mg morphine) once a day it dulls the pain, but still it has been imposible for me to bend and get around much for the past two months, (I spent the first three weeks bed riddin.)but the pain has subbsided enough for me to relize that the musle right above my calf that goes up and under my butt cheak is actually spasming uncontrollably at times into a charle horse.A big nott,This has been the sourse of my horrible pain.the dull pain is with me all day the charlie horse pain I have to deal with about 25% of the day. I have quit taking the pain medications three days ago and it is not easy but I am handling it.I do not want to have to deal with any opiate addictions from taking the morphine to long.I am not haveing any withdraw at all.GREAT!So now how do I heal this thing properly?I have been doing stretching every day four times.I am doing 200mg of prop every four days and I have some deca that I could use Maybe in small doses every week( I heard it was great for lubrecating the joints)will the prop and or the deca help me heal faster?,if so what would be the proper way to go about it.I also have alot of the androgel and I was wondering if it would help to rub it into the hurt muscle? as you can tell I have not gotten much help from the doctors, so I am turning to you guys here.I need advice on how to heal this thing so I can get back on top. if any body can help me
with seriouse medical advice or past exsperiances. (workout therapy)anything is welcomed
I am 38 years old 10% To 12% body fat, 5ft 10in, 200 pounds.I am quite active, outdoors, fishing, boating, I like to hike>you get the picture.I am in great health except for the charlie horse/hurt muscle thing

that one doc must have been referring to degenerative disk disease, which would not have been caused by the fall..you being 38 makes DDD a possibility, but i dont think it is the cause of your pain

the prop/deca wont help you with this injury

in my semi-professional opinion (which isnt much) i would say it's nerve damage..have you applied your TENS unit to your hamstrings where it is knotting up?

Yes I have and with much success. But For the past three days I have only had to apply the tens unit once. Most of the time now the muscle nots up like when I go to get into my car.Or when I make sudden certain moves.sometimes it will quiver/spasm and i have been able to relax and control it back down.I wonder how long it will take for the nerve to heal?the
second doctor said i had bruised my siattic(spelling) nerve.

word....and these are had to diagnose and treat..i believe it can take up to 6 months+ to heal a severely damaged sciatic nerve..what can you do? you might try some physical therapy, and your PT will assess what exercises/stretches will be best for your personal situation
