    towards the end to help harden up and helps dry you out if you bloating some. 50mg minimun but id say 75-100mg ed for good gains

    Yeah run it the last couple weeks of a cycle. I wouldnt run a Winny only cycle. Run some Test or something. DO you plan on injecting,taking pills, drinking it?
