    Biceps burn out after back

a couple months ago i started doing my bis with my back, it worked great at the beginning, but now everytime i do back, when i go to hit my bis i just dont get the burn, and the next day they dont get as sore
my bis have not been growing at all like they usually do. I am going to just do bis seperate and see how it works out but how many days should i give it before doing my back, or vice versa

    As long as possible...!

The bis become quickly resistent to the punishment they suffer, but doing them with back is thought to be a way to continually stimulate them simply because of the huge weight involved. I work my biceps with u/h pullups, u/h rows and then only two sets of some isolation. Also they don't grow as fast as other muscles which can be a problem. Keep switches exercises, so yeh try out a separate bicep session with as longer break from back as possible (even if you do biceps with back as well)

Maybe your body has adjusted to your current work out and you should try changing things up
